CITD Hyderabad Spot Counselling: Central Institute of Tool Design (CITD), a Govt. of India Institute, Ministry of MSME, Balanagar, Hyderabad – 500 037, has notified Spot Counselling cum Admission for Post Diploma in Tool Design (PDTD) for 1 year (2 Semesters).
Those willing to participate in spot counselling and admission can report on Monday, July 29, 2024. The reporting venue is room number 102 of Diploma Block.
Registration will be from 09.30 am to 10.30 am. The written test for new applicants will be from 11 am to 12.30 pm.
Eligibility
Applicant must have Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification. Age limit is 27 years. SC/ST candidates will be given age relaxation up to 5 years.
The result will be declared at 2 PM. Counselling will be held from 3 PM. The application fee is Rs 700/- for general category and Rs 350/- for SC/ST category.

Fees
The fee for the first semester is Rs 25,000/-; Caution Deposit is Rs 5,000/-, Registration Fee is Rs 1,200/- (Total – Rs 31,200/-).
The prescribed course fee is to be paid in the form of a crossed demand draft in favour of Principal Director, CITD payable at Hyderabad or online/UPI.

The documents to be brought include (i) Date of Birth (SSC or equivalent) (ii) Original Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (iii) Original Transfer Certificate (iv) Memorandum/Consolidated Memorandum of marks of all semesters (v) Study/Conduct/Bonafide Certificate issued by the Principal of the concerned college/Head of the Institution.
(vi) Two recent passport size and one stamp size colour photographs (vii) One set of photocopies of all original certificates/documents (viii) Medical Fitness Certificate from Assistant Civil Surgeon and Ophthalmologist (ix) PWD category candidates must submit medical certificate from competent authority showing minimum 40% deformity.
