The Technical Education Department of the Government of Telangana will conduct the counseling of TG POLYCET 2024 Counselling Schedule in online mode. Following are the details of the schedule.
There is no age restriction to take admission in diploma courses in polytechnics. However, as of July 1, 2024, based on the guidelines issued by the Social Welfare (Education) departments, the maximum eligible age to receive scholarship is 20 years for OC candidates and 24 years for other candidates.

- TGPOLYCET-2024 Rank Card (2 sets of original and Xerox copies)
- Aadhar Card (2 sets of original and Xerox copies)
- S.S.C or its equivalent Marks Memo (2 sets of original and Xerox copies)
- IV to X Study Certificate (2 sets of original and Xerox copies)
- Transfer Certificate (T.C) (Original)
- Income Certificate issued on or after 01-01-2024 by the Competent Authority (if applicable)
- EWS Income and Asset Certificate issued by the Tahsildar valid for the year 2024-25 (if applicable)
- Caste Certificate issued by the Competent Authority (if applicable)
- Residence Certificate of the candidate for a period of 7 years preceding the qualifying examination (if the candidate has not taken any institutional education)
- For non-local candidates seeking unreserved seats: Residence Certificate (Candidates who have resided outside the State for a period of 10 years excluding the period of study Minorities should provide certificate from SSC TC or Headmaster of Minority Status (if they have resided in the State till 2024) or Employer Certificate (children of parents employed in State or Central Government, Public Sector Corporations, Local Bodies, Universities and similar Semi-Public Institutions during TGPOLYCET-2024 application) 1. Minorities should provide certificate from SSC TC or Headmaster of Minority Status.

The steps to pay the processing fee for TGPOLYCET-2024 are as follows
- Visit the official website: TGPOLYCET.
- Click on the link named “Payment of Processing Fee”.
- Register by providing the following details:
- Registration number from your TGPOLYCET-2024 hall ticket.
- Date of birth mentioned in your SSC marks memo.
- SSC hall ticket number.
Pay the Processing Fee:
- Rs. 300/- for SC/ST candidates
- Rs. 600/- for all other candidates
Payment can be made online using credit card, debit card, net banking or T-Wallet.
